We spent 2 weeks in Patagonia and visited both Buitreras and Jurassic, but since Yngve has recently photogrpahed the Seatrout in the Rio Gallegos, I have decided to give you a brief update on Jurassic Lake.  This was my third trip in and it actually seems to be getting better.  The fish are absolutly huge and I have to wonder if there are some 30 and 40 pound fish in the deeper areas that are not reachable for a lot of reasons, but none more then the weather.  The wind simply never seems to let up, and it made for some tought casting conditions and also some very cold weather.  But it's hard to be worried about much when the fishing is so amazing.

The Loop Adventure team has built a new small building and have equiped them with heaters and bunk beds.  I found them very comfortable and we slept like babies as the weather droped below freezing during the cold clear evenings.

Dayne and Jeff Hanna accompanied us on the trip and we did our best to put a dent in the beer supply, but noticed there were still several cases left when we headed out.  Cold beer, hot beef and HUGE rainbows!!!!!  How does that sound???

A special thanks goes out to Pollo who ran a great camp, and kept us all full of BEEF.
