Big is better - Scanout.com

Cables come in all sizes ... but did you know they got as big as this? Well neither did I, until I met the crew from Giertsen Services. We rarely work with heavy duty equipment like this, but doing so was a great challenge.

 Max and I drove over the gorgeous mountain plateau in Norway, and 8 hours and two ferries later, we were in the beautiful city of Bergen. It strikes you on a road trip like this that we live in a extremely beautiful corner of the world. Those of you who haven’t seen it, should take a trip, or get a gig here ;)
I love working with real hand craft, but it never crossed my mind that there was so much hand craft involved when making equipment for lifting. But to customize equipment for this kind of work, there is no doubt, hand craft at its best.
