Buddha lounge (part 1)

Buddha lounge is a new concept by Wallmans in Copenhagen. I was there to photograph it for a day before the opening at the end of March, so that they have pictures for the invitations and marketing. It is 3 years since I was last in Copenhagen and photographed Customhouse, a Conran Restaurant. So, it was great to be back.
Wallmans is the old Circus building located in the heart of Copenhagen in Denmark. The new lounge is actually located in the old Camel and Horse stable that was built over 100 years ago. Today Wallmans are famous for their shows, no longer with animals, but with extremely talented artists. And it can accompany up to 2000 visitors.
The crew was extremely professional, which made my job much easier. We were after a low depth-of-field look, and tried to capture the shapes and warm atmosphere within the lounge.
I used the D3X, 24-70, 105 macro and my favorite for this project was the 85 PC. For lighting I used a ProFoto B2r. with a small soft-box and a Zoom reflector to get the correct direction. I also utilized a large number of Lastolite reflectors.
